Information you provide directly
  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, and any other information you include in your message.
  • Email newsletter sign-up: your email address and, where provided, your name.
  • Email correspondence: any personal data contained in emails you send to us.
Information collected automatically
  • Analytics data: information about how you use the Website, including pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general location data (city/region level). This data is collected via Google Analytics 4 and is not used to personally identify you. See our Cookie Policy for more detail.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device information.
3. How we use your data

We use personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to enquiries submitted through the contact form.
  • To send you email newsletters and updates where you have opted in to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
  • To understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it.

We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:

  • Consent: where you have opted in to receive our email newsletter, or where you have accepted non-essential cookies.
  • Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries you send us via the contact form, and to analyse Website usage to improve our services. We have assessed that these interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligation: where we are required to retain or disclose data to comply with the law.
5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Webflow Inc. — website hosting and contact form processing.
  • Google LLC — website analytics (Google Analytics 4).
  • Email marketing provider — to manage newsletter subscriptions and send email communications.

Where these providers are based outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses or reliance on UK adequacy decisions.

6. How long we keep your data
  • Contact form submissions: retained for up to 12 months from the date of your enquiry, unless we enter into a client relationship, in which case data is retained in accordance with our business records policy.
  • Email newsletter subscribers: retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
  • Analytics data: retained in accordance with Google Analytics' data retention settings (14 months by default).

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erase your personal data in certain circumstances.
  • Restrict the processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Data portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
